Apple Cinnamon Iced Tea
This is a delightfully refreshing drink for those hot Indian Summer days in autumn, and it’s so easy to make you could hardly call it a recipe. Make your favorite Orange Pekoe. Make it a bit stronger than usual and while steeping add a piece of cinnamon bark. When the tea has cooled, fill glasses with crushed ice and pour half tea and half apple juice into the glasses. Garnish with a thin slice of apple and a sprig of fresh mint. This drink is equally good served hot.
